This is an interactive implementation workshop, please bring your laptop and make sure you have access to your MailChimp account. In this workshop you will learn how to:

  1. Segment your mailing list into groups
  2. Personalise your emails with merge tags
  3. Create a a GDR compliant and beautifully branded email sign up form
  4. Analyse your email results
  5. Re send a campaign to people who didn’t open it
  6. Understand A/B testing options

You’ll leave with branded email sign up form you can use in your business to grow your email audience.

Now you’ve got a branded email template we can look at adding a few bells and whistles to make your emails work even harder for you. In this workshop we will look at how to segment your mailing list for more targeted messaging and create a more personalised email experience. We’ll create a branded email sign up form that’s GDPR compliant. Then we’ll start analysing your email results, looking at some of the key performance metrics available and how they can inform and improve future campaigns, including resending emails to non openers and introducing A/B test criteria.

Who is this workshop for?

Suitable for business owners, marketing managers or executives, sales teams or employees with the responsibility for email marketing within the business. This interactive implementation workshop will help you get started with using MailChimp email marketing software to create email campaigns.

Where is the workshop held?

Workshops are held at the Natural Entrepreneurs Workspace at Forest Farm Business Park.

On the A19 near the Designer Outlet, the workspace can be accessed by bus number 415 and has plenty of free parking available.

What do I need to bring?

For all our interactive workshops it is recommended that you bring a laptop or digital device. Some online tools have limited functionality on tablets and smart phones, so a laptop is recommended for this workshop.
